You don’t need to settle for less that your heart’s truest desires. You have the power to create the life of your dreams.
How powerful do you believe yourself to be?
I help women unlock their power. One of the ways I do so is by facilitating the BHAD conscious creation process.
What if I told you that in one measly year you can move from habouring a Big, Hairy, Audacious Desire to living it?
Many women recoil at the idea of coveting power, because we are so often at the receiving end of abuses of power. However my definition of personal power is simply – the ability to effect change. In areas of your life where you can influence circumstances and outcomes you are powerful, in areas that you can’t you are powerless. You may be powerful at work, and disempowered in romantic relationships.
BHAD is a conscious creation process that teaches you a formula of manifesting your desires. I tend to shy away from the term manifestation because even though it means “an expression of something” it’s taken on some magical meaning thanks to the “law of attraction brigade”. There are plenty of people who’ve made a living convincing people that through the Law of Attraction you can miraculously manifest all sorts of things like soulmates and lottery wins. This is not true.
The Law of Attraction is a legitimate universal law that has been abused. Universal laws are literally the laws that govern the universe. They teach us how the universe works. There are numerous universal laws. Some schools of thought peg them at a minimum of 9, while others, like Drs Milanovich and McCune authors of The Light Shall Set You Free, state that there are 12 universal laws and 21 sub-laws. My point here is there is certainly more than 1. If you want to excel at something, you first need to understand how it works, only then can you hope to influence it. Imagine trying to manifest your desires with an understanding of only one of 9 universal laws. It’s like thinking you can drive safely when the only law of the road you’ve learned is Green means go and Red means stop.
In the BHAD conscious creation programme we touch on all the relevant universal laws necessary for you to become a conscious co-creator, such as the Universal Law of Gender, the Law of One, the Law of Correspondence and yes, the Law of Attraction.
I mention being a conscious co-creator because we manifest things all the time. We have hits and we have misses. Often we don’t know what we did right to manifest a particular thing or what we did wrong to fail in manifesting something, or we hate our manifestations and can’t imagine how we could possible have chosen to create a particular circumstance. The BHAD process breaks down the steps of co-creation in a formulaic manner so you can go through them step-by-step. No more guess work.
One of my favourite quotes is by Carl Sagan, he stated cheekily that “If you wish to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first invent the universe.” You cannot manifest anything all on your own, you need the participation of others. For example, to create a blissful marriage requires the participation of a spouse; to become an idol, requires the participation of fans, to become rich people need to give you money, etc.
This does not only apply to the participation of people, if you wish to have a big oak tree in your garden all you can do is cultivate the soil, plant the acorn, and nurture it while it germinates, HOWEVER there is nothing that you can do to MAKE that acorn sprout into an oak tree. The acorn knows how to become an oak tree. All you can do is create and support the right environment for it to do so. You have to co-create your desire of a yard with an oak tree with the little acorn.
Most importantly, you co-create with the Universe/God/Source/Creator, which is why it is crucial to have a solid handle on Universal Laws.
The thing I love most about the concept of co-creation is that it adds in that element of surprise. You never quite know how your desire will manifest. You may want to manifest a better paying job iso you can rent a bigger house, and instead someone you know may ask you to live in their mansion, as a house sitter while they go on a two year sabbatical!
TIMING IS EVERYTHING
Finally I want to talk about timing.
Some thing very unfortunate has happened to humans. We have decided that we are separate from nature. This is of course ridiculous and also very damaging. If we understood that we are a part of nature we wouldn’t be polluting our oceans or decimating our rain forests at such an alarming rate. Nature has cycles. Ebbs and flows. Inhales and exhales. There is even a passage in the Bible which says “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to reap…” Farmers are one subset of humans who understand this. They pay attention to both the cycles of the Sun and the Moon to determine what they should plant and when. Animals get it as well. For instance an antelope understands that her offspring has a better chance of survival if born in Spring when the weather is mild, food is plentiful and winter is far so her calf has an opportunity to grow strong enough to weather harsh, wintery conditions. Humans on the other hand have become so disconnected that we no longer even know what the impact of cycles is on us. Well, they do have an impact on the efficacy of our actions. Different moon phases are supportive of different actions. Different seasons are supportive of different actions. Different phases of your menstrual cycles are supportive of different actions, for example the best time to let go of things/people in your life is when you are menstruating.
So this is what creates the magic of the BHAD conscious creation process. I have sprinkled BHAD success stories through out this post and that is precisely how these women achieved it.
- Application of Universal Laws
- Consciously applying the steps of manifestation
- Working with the energies of the different cycles
- Co-creating with the universe
Like I said at the beginning of this post – you honestly, truly, never have to settle for less than your heart’s truest desires.
